GippslandEnergy provides technical consulting services, industrial energy efficiency audits, and investment management in the public supply resources sector. Services include courses on overhead cost control, technical risk assessment in infrastructure, and operational budget optimization.
The user is obliged to provide accurate and complete information for evaluations. GippslandEnergy commits to providing services in accordance with professional standards, without guaranteeing specific results regarding energy savings or investment returns.
GippslandEnergy is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or business interruptions caused by the use of services. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service in the last 12 months.
GippslandEnergy may suspend or terminate access to services in case of breach of terms, fraud, or non-payment. The user may withdraw at any time with a 30-day written notice.
